To schedule an appointment for a trip in advance, members need to call Verida at 1-855-325-7586. You can call up to 30 days in advance, but it’s necessary to call at least two business days before your appointment.

Apart from Verida, there are other public transportation providers as well. MHS’ transportation vendor can be reached through MHS Member Services. WellTrans also arranges transportation services to Indiana Medicaid members who require non-emergency transportation assistance.
Who is Eligible?
These services are available to Indiana Medicaid Members with Traditional Medicaid who require transportation assistance to medical appointments. Verida arranges transportation for an all doctor appointment for all Indiana Fee For Service Medicaid members residing in Indiana.
