Getting care you trust is simple as 1 – 2 – 3.
1. Live in Connecticut
You must live in the state of Connecticut.
2. Live with a Caregiver
You must live in the same home as the Caregiver (either your home or the home of the Caregiver).
3. Have Medicaid or be on a waiver program
Be eligible for Medicaid, already have Medicaid or meet the financial requirements for the CT Home Care Program for Elders, CT Home Care Program for Disabled Adults or PCA Waiver. (Don’t worry! We can help you!).
