Eligible caregivers and patients can receive a free Smartphone or SIM Card with free minutes, texts, and data through SafeLink Wireless. Affordable Connectivity Program

The FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program is designed to help families and households struggling to afford internet service. The program provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward broadband service and a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers.
